Clifford E. Kuns' Obituary
“Cliff” Kuns was born on August 2, 1937, to Everett and Cordelia Kuns. He passed away on March 30, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; his oldest daughter Debi Caldwell and her children, Drew and wife Mary, Whitney, Lauren and husband Jared; his middle daughter Kelly Burton and husband Don and their daughter Lindsay Foster and husband Luke; his youngest son Scott Kuns and wife Amanda, their children Brayden, Ezekiel and Zephaniah, and Scott’s children Ashley, Austin, Cody and Ryan. He was blessed with seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his four sisters, Betty Pharris, Delores Perry, Kathy Stewart, MaDeanne Whitmarsh and their families. Cliff was an entrepreneur and inventor whose life was defined by a unique drive and creative energy. Among his many accomplishments was the invention of the Lid-Persuader jar opener. Cliff will be remembered as a committed husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who devoted his life to supporting his family. He was a man of unyielding faith in God and perseverance. He always had a new idea to share or a favorite story to tell. His warmth and passion for life will endure in his adoring family. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 4, 2016, Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2016, The Assembly at Broken Arrow, Oklahoma followed by interment, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
