Clifford Ratliff's Obituary
Clifford Orin Ratliff was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on August 21, 1970 to Clarence Gene Ratliff and Verda Faye (Stevenson) Ratliff and passed from this life on July 6, 2021 at the age of 50 years. Clifford married Tiffany (Hains) Ratliff on 04/27/2019 in Tulsa Oklahoma. Clifford was blessed with three sons, Clifford Ratliff Jr., Skylar Ratliff, and Tanner Ratliff. Clifford was a devoted husband and an AVID Oklahoma Sooners fan. He loved spending time with his family and friends, watching OU football, and teaching Sunday school with his wife. He was a 1988 graduate of Tahlequah High School. He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Verda Ratliff, paternal grandparents Robin and Ethel Ratliff, maternal grandparents Noah and Elsie Shepherd, Uncles Johnnie Shepherd and Dwight Shepherd, Aunt Brenda Stevens, and Brother in law Joe Squyres. Clifford is survived by his wife of the home, Tiffany Hains Ratliff of Tulsa, sons Clifford Ratliff Jr., Skylar Ratliff, Tanner Ratliff and his wife Loni Ratliff; his brother, Arnold Ratliff and wife Keri Ratliff, Sisters Laura Ann Jones, Connie Duncan, and Terri Squyres, all of Tahlequah, Nieces Caitlin and Baylee Ratliff, Great Nephew Easton Grant, Great Niece Devyn Holman all of Tahlequah; Father in Law Jerry Hains and Wife Saralee Hains of Tulsa; along with many, many friends. Family and Friends will gather to celebrate the life of Clifford Orin Ratliff at 1:00 pm, Saturday, July 10 at God’s Shining Light Church of Tulsa.
