Cliff was a great inspiration in my life. He truly was a gift. Thank you for sharing him with me. ?? I called him my “hummingbird” because he was always so busy. He shared so many beautiful moments with me…he told me about memories he held of his mother to a few stories of his time in the war. I’ll always remember his pride when we displayed his plane in the art showcase. It will be forever etched in my heart. He showed me the importance of loving your family. He was so proud of his children. You were his greatest accomplishment. He never spoke about you without a twinkle in his eyes. I’m a better person because I was able to spend time with one incredible little man who is a speculator example of ‘The Greatest Generation’. I will miss him so much. He was one of the most beautiful souls that I have ever met. However, there were a few times he let me know I needed to reconsider my actions because I wasn’t “behaving correctly”. He always knew exactly what I needed. We shall meet again….
