Reverend Clint Hugh Mitchell's Obituary
Reverend Clint Hugh Mitchell, 83, passed from this life on May 18, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Clint was born on November 25, 1928 in Dry Fork, Arkansas to Columbus Payne and Ida Mae (Armer) MItchell. He was a minister for many years. Clint met and married Barbara J. Davis and they shared many memorable years together until she passed in 2006. After the death of his first wife, he met Patsy and later they married on July 12, 2008. They were just about to celebrate four years of marriage together. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Mitchell; children, Diana K. Mitchell, Linda F. Sonnenberg and husband, Randy, Joyce R. Hobbs and husband, Roy, and Curtis C. Mitchell; grandchildren, Chonda Berrier, Shannon Crutcher and husband, Kendall, Robbie Sonnenberg, Brina Schoonover and husband, Clayton, Garrett Hobbs, Neal Mitchell and Conner Hobbs; 9 great grandchildren; and nephew, Harvey Ross. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara J. Mitchell; parents; sister, Faye Ross and husband, Dale; and brother Troy Lee Mitchell. Contributions may be made to the Nazarene World Missions. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 2:00-9:00 PM with family to greet from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Central Church of the Nazarene with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery Tulsa, OK..
