Clyde Julian Case Jr.April 12, 1948 – April 28, 2019Clyde was born to Clyde Julian Case, Sr. and Colleen Case (Pritchard) at St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa. He passed away April 28, 2019. He is predeceased by his mother and Aunt and Uncle Lillian and Robert Cogswell. Clyde is survived by his father, sister Suzanne Adamson and her husband Asa, son Julian Wayne Case and his wife Melissa (Rentzel); daughter Harley Devon Harrington and husband Tyler. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, Cooper, Blakely and Lyla Case and Piper Harrington; cousins Linda Nozal and husband Paul of Cornucopia, Wisconsin and Cindy Blaser and husband Fred of Enid, Oklahoma.Clyde grew up in Tulsa, Denver and Los Angeles, living in each of those places two and three times. He graduated from East Central High School in Tulsa and had 3 semesters at TU and 2 semesters at Oklahoma State University. He worked for RL Fraley for 15 years as a draftsman until they closed down. He then worked for Williams Brothers Engineering for a number of years and worked in a machine shop for a time as well.Clyde loved boating, water skiing, cars, motorcycles, NASCAR and mechanics on any of the above. His love of auto mechanics sent him to Alaska to work in a motor pool for the Army for two years. Only 2 guys from his basic training group did not go to Vietnam. He was one of them.Clyde was honest, always a good worker and a champion for dogs, cats and anyone who needed help. He always took people for their word and never expected more from people than they were willing and able to provide. The first thing you would see upon entering his home is pictures of his kids and grandkids. He will be missed.A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 2 pm at the Floral Haven Rose Chapel.
