Clyde Ellis Jones Jr.'s Obituary
Clyde Ellis Jones Jr., 72, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away October 1, 2021. Clyde was born August 5, 1949 in Wichita, Kansas to Clyde and Donna Jones. Clyde was a Vietnam Veteran serving his country proudly from July 10, 1967 until his honorable discharge July 10, 1970. During his time in the service he was awarded a Purple Heart. Clyde was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Clyde was preceded in passing by his parents, Clyde Ellis Jones Sr. and Donna Jones (Parrot); wife, Patricia J. Jones; sister, Brenda Cochran; sister, Kathryn Smith and his grandchildren, Kaylee and Angel Jones.
Clyde is survived by his daughter, Kandace Jacobs; daughter, Christy Bechtol and her husband, Bobby; son, Matthew Jones and his wife, Desiree; daughter, Retha Helm and her husband, Chris; son, Danny Jones and his wife, Tabitha; Robert Brasier and his wife, Linda; son, Frank Hill and his wife, Sheila; son, Phil Hill Jr. and his wife, Janice; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Gary Jones and his wife, Debbie; brother, Allen Jones and numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be 11:00 - 1:45, Friday, October 8, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 pm, Friday, October 8, 2021 at Floral Haven Veterans Field of Honor Phase III.
