Colleen Kay Ivey's Obituary
Colleen Kay Ivey, 68 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Thursday, November 30, 2023 in a Tulsa hospital with her family at her side. She was born October 23, 1955 in Omaha, Nebraska to her mother, Betty Jean Oliver Faulk and was raised by Betty and her husband, Frank R. Faulk.
Colleen is survived by one son, Tyrone Ivey and his fiancée, Courtney Mathis of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her father, Frank R. Faulk of Taft, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Amhara Ivey of Tulsa, Oklahoma; seven siblings, Daisy Polite and husband Elex of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Sundae Faulk of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Kelly Faulk of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Pamela Lampkin and husband Gus of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Stephanie Faulk of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Frank Faulk, Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Ollie Faulk of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jean Faulk and one brother, Gordon Faulk.
Visitation will be held from 2 - 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Floral Haven's Rose Chapel with Pastor Larry Ingram officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
