Courtney is preceded in death by her son: Sawyer Elliott Boggess; father: Steven Boggess; maternal grandparents: Margaret Ann Leslie and Jack Wesley Ward Sr.; maternal grandfather: Richard Felderman; paternal grandparents: Norma Jean Boggess and Roger Francis Boggess.
Courtney is survived by her mother: Jackie Ward of Owasso, Oklahoma; brother: Austin Boggess (Bethany) of Collinsville and brother: Trevor Wright of Waterloo, Iowa; 7 nephews; 1 niece; aunts: Mary Forry, Angel Bossaller, Rebecca Blevins, Stephanie Stone, Holly Boggess, and Amy Ward; uncles: Jack Wesley Ward, Jr. "JW", Brad Boggess, Josh Bossaller, Wilie Blevins, Brandon Stone, and Troy Boggess; maternal grandmother: Shelly Renea Buckner of Nevada, Missouri; many friends and extended family.
