Cullen Michael Howerton's Obituary
On Friday, September 21, 2007, Cullen Michael Howerton went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is preceded by his daddy, John Howerton, his granddaddy, Ray Mitchell, grandparents Hugh and Louise Howerton, and great-grandparents Orval and Viola Cullen Mitchell, aunts and uncles, Doyle Howerton, Hubert Howerton, Ganelle Willilams, and Norma McElrath. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. TL Carey and his staff for years of dedication and caring, and to George and Kathy Saffa and their staff for their long-time caring and support. Cullen’s incredible life and spirit touched the hearts of everyone that met him. He was truly an angel here on earth. His spirit will live on forever in our hearts as we rejoice knowing he has been made whole in heaven. Visitation will be on Monday, September 24, 2007 beginning at 1pm, and Tuesday from 9am to 9pm. Service will be at 3pm on Wednesday, September 26 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow.Survived By: Those left to celebrate the precious gift of his life: his mother, Ivonne Howerton and Garry Niemeyer; his brothers, Dustin Howerton and Johnny Howerton; his sister, Suzan Brandt; grandmothers Betty Mitchell and Nana Beverly Mitchell; great-grandmother Mary Jane Reed; his long-time loving caretaker, Melvin “Papaw” Cotham; aunts and uncles, Robert Mitchell, Barbara Jones, April Woods, Linda Collier, Cyndee Rogers, Dennis Mitchell, Raymond Howerton, Lloyd Howerton, Alvin Howerton, Nina McCabe, Geneva Martin, and Barbara Howerton; and numerous cousins and other loved ones.
