Curtis Allen Thompson, 63, passed away right into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Sunday evening, March 16, 2014, at 5:30 pm. Pat, his loving wife, stayed by his side throughout his final journey.Curtis served on the board of South Mission Church, and taught Sunday School for over 30 years. Many youth were given an example of Curtis’s light that shined brightly for his Lord.Curtis was the owner of C.A.T Construction. He was a concrete finisher by trade. Curtis is survived by his wife Pat Thompson of the home just celebrating 42 years of marriage on February 25, 2014, Todd and Crystal Thompson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Grandson Cameron Thompson, step grandchildren Shawn, Caylin, Chasly, Step- Mother Joyce Thompson of Broken Arrow Two brothers Wayne and wife Susan Thompson of Westplains, Mo. Ervin and wife Rhonda Thompson of Coweta. A great number of nieces and nephews He is preceded in death by his father Charles Thompson, mother Lois Thompson, sisters Snookie Rankin, Emily Sutton, aunt Nita WalkerServices will be Friday at 10:00 am at House of Prayer Church, 920 S 177th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK. Family night will be Thursday night from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home 6500 South 129th East Avenue, Broken Arrow, OK.
