Curtis S. Webster's Obituary
Curtis Stanley Webster, 84, of Broken Arrow, died Thursday. He was born to the late Ruth Rillow Ragsdell and Henry Arthur Webster, September 14, 1931, in Light, Greene County, Arkansas. He married Leona Mae Mangus in 1953, and they lived together in Tulsa and later Broken Arrow. Curtis was a deputy Sheriff for Tulsa County until he retired. Curtis was known for his devotion to his family, humor, and ability to design and build anything. Leona, notes, “He didn’t buy anything new without redoing it”. Curtis enjoyed his weekly coffee breaks with his circle of dear friends. Curtis was preceded in death by his son, Stanley Gene Webster of Tulsa; and his brothers, Hershel M. Webster and Arlie A. Webster. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Leona, and his adored children and grandchildren: daughter, Donna Daniels and son-in-law, Richard Daniels of Broken Arrow; granddaughter, Destiny Jack and her husband Joseph Jack of Tulsa; daughter, Mavis Webster Jaworski of Beverly, MA; grandson, Leon Jaworski of Maple Grove, MN; granddaughter, Shannon Jaworski of Los Angeles.
