Cynthia Carol Hagood Millican, a devoted wife, mother, step‑mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2026. Born on May 14, 1960, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cynthia lived a life defined by compassion, resilience, and unwavering love for her family.
Cynthia brought warmth and comfort to everyone who knew her. She had a gentle spirit, a kind heart, and a quiet strength that uplifted others. Her home was a place of welcome, understanding, and joy, and she poured her love into every moment she shared with those closest to her.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Hagood; her father, James Hagood; her sons, James Butler and Chadwick Hagood; and her sister, Brenda Ely. She carried their memories with her throughout her life. She is survived by her loving husband, Randal Millican of Wagoner; her son, Michael Copeland of Wichita, Kansas; her brother Ricky Lee of Tulsa, and his wife Elizabeth Kemper; her stepson, Bradley Millican of Sand Springs, and his wife Paula Millican; and her step‑daughter, Sherry Smith of Sand Springs, and her husband Jeremy Smith. Cynthia was blessed with many grandchildren who were each a source of joy, pride, and deep affection. She is survived by: - Amber Marie Butler‑Strzalkowski of New Jersey, her husband Alexander Strzalkowski, and their children Sterling Strzalkowski and James Strzalkowski
- Destinee Butler of Wagoner, and her children Aiden Butler, Alijah Yant, and Journee Butler
- Katelyn Phillips of Sand Springs, her husband Tanner Phillips, and their children Jaxton Phillips and Hadley Phillips
- Braden Millican of Sand Springs, his wife Maddy Millican, and their son Lawson Millican
- Skyler Copeland, Jillian Copeland, Reagan Copeland, and Madilynn Copeland, all of Wichita, Kansas
– Jacelyn Smith and Jayden Smith of Sand Springs.
Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she cherished each moment spent with them.
Cynthia’s legacy is one of love, grace, and quiet, enduring strength. She touched countless lives with her kindness and compassion, and she will be remembered always for the warmth she shared so freely.
