Dallas is remembered by his parents Rachel Kennedy and Taio Dilbeck; his brother Lane Kennedy; his grandparents Shelly Kennedy and Lorene Woodford; and a host of other family that will forever miss him.
He is reunited with his brother Dawson Dilbeck.
