Dana Lynn Chapman's Obituary
Dana Lynn Chapman, 52, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Born in Oklahoma City on January 27, 1973, she was the beloved daughter of Kenneth and Terryalin Chapman.
Dana graduated from Claremore High School in 1991 and pursued a career as a dental hygienist before later dedicating her time to serving others as a waitress. She made her home in Jenks, Oklahoma, where she embraced life with warmth and joy.
On November 12, 2023, she married her loving husband, Timothy Heer, in the comfort of their residence, a place filled with cherished memories.
Dana’s passions were as vibrant as her spirit. She found joy in cooking, dancing, and spending meaningful time with her family and friends. She shared her father’s love for working outdoors and had a special fondness for shopping for new plants. An avid supporter of the Oklahoma State University team, she took pride in cheering them on.
A devout Christian, Dana found strength and community in her faith. Her home church, Church on the Move, was a cornerstone of her spiritual journey.
Dana was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Terryalin Chapman, and her grandparents, Lawrence and Gladys Mary Childers Chapman, along with Tillie and Lillian McCaslin.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Timothy Heer; her cherished siblings, Jeff and Dedra Chapman; and her beloved daughter, Madison Chapman.
Dana was the light in every room she entered, always bringing laughter and love to those around her. Her unwavering devotion to her family and her incredible ability to make everyone feel special will never be forgotten.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be remembered with love and joy.
