Your mom was a wonderful lady. I will always remember the many adventures we had while working with the youth group. She gave so much of her time and love to so many teens. I wish to extend my condolences on your loss. I was very saddened to hear of her sudden passing. I had the opportunity to get to know Dana as we worked together at State Farm over the last year or so. Please know that she will be missed by all of us. Dearest Helen and Jacob: I know the loss of Dana is most difficult for the both of you. The unimaginable pain of losing a child, only a mother who has been through it can fully understand what you are feeling. The mixed emotions of sadness and anger…..And to lose a mother, when she had so much more life to live…. I know it may be difficult to grasp this now, but we are not alone, we have glorious hope! This hope is promised by Almighty God, it is a resurrection! (Acts 24:15). He also promised “the righteous will possess the earth and live forever upon it. (Psalms 37:11, 29). You may rest assured that Dana will be among those remembered by Almighty God and will be given a second chance at life in the near future.
