Daniel Eugene Collins' Obituary
Daniel Eugene Collins, 83, of Tulsa, OK, retired financial planner, died July 6, 2022, in Tulsa. He was born November 5, 1938 in Wetumka, OK to H.T. and Beulah Brown Collins. He was a longtime member of St. James United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 30 years, Norma Jean Collins, his parents, his brother Harold Collins, and his grandson Brandyn Simmons. He is survived by son Kevin Collins, daughter Rachel Dixon and husband Charles, son Greg Simmons and wife Hope, daughter Brenda Hisaw and husband David, brothers Bill Collins and Ken Collins, sister Pat Lackey, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins, and his golden retriever Riley. A funeral service to celebrate Dan’s life will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the Floral Haven Chapel in Broken Arrow, OK with interment to follow at Floral Haven Cemetery.
