Daniel Joseph Ricucci's Obituary
DANIEL JOSEPH RICUCCI July 2, 1958 – July 8, 2016Daniel Joseph Ricucci, 58, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, departed this world for Heaven on July 8, 2016, following a 2-month battle with cancer. He was a 4½-year resident of Broken Arrow. Beloved husband of Eugenie (Wilkerson) Ricucci for 28 years, “Dan” had accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior as a young man. For 35 years he was a member of Independent Baptist Church of Clinton, MD, where he met and married his wife. During that time he was actively involved in a variety of church ministries. For the past four years he was a member of Eastland Baptist Church in Tulsa. Mr. Ricucci was born in Washington, DC and was educated in Maryland suburbs and in Greenville, SC. He received a B.S. in Business degree from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC, and subsequently had a career in accounting. Mr. Ricucci was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Ricucci, and is survived by his mother, Anna Ricucci, of Silver Spring, MD; and his sisters: Christina Ricucci, of Powder Springs, GA; Carol Richardson, of Orlando, FL; and Cheryl Stuckey, of Denver, CO. Burial arrangements, including a brief viewing for immediate family only, are being handled by Floral Haven of Broken Arrow. A service celebrating the life of Daniel Ricucci, and his Lord, is scheduled for Wednesday, July 13, at 2 p.m. at Eastland Baptist Church, 1835 S. 129th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK 74108. “We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:8).
