Danny Gene Bradley's Obituary
Danny Gene Bradley, 66, passed from this life on July 28, 2022, in Jay, Oklahoma. Danny was born June 12, 1956, in Louisville, Kentucky to Paschal David and Alice Janet (Dewitt) Bradley.
Danny attended grade school and high school in Clarksville, Indiana, and graduated in 1975. After AP School at Vincennes University in Indiana, he went to work at Air Cal in Oakland, California, and then transferred to Oklahoma with American Airlines when they took over Air Cal. He worked for American Airlines for 25 years and retired in 2010.
Danny served in the United State Navy from October 20, 1975, to October 20, 1979, and in the United States Air Force from November 1982 to July 1986. Well in the Air Force Danny attended college and received the Air Force Good Conduct Medal and Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon.
He enjoyed fishing, boating, watching Notre Dame football, and listening to music but he was most at peace at home on the lake. The moment that changed Danny’s life was the day he married his bride, Susan Marie, and his favorite vacation was his honeymoon in Maui. His wonderful family experience was a family trip to Cancun.
Danny was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Bradley; his brother, David Anthony Bradley. He is survived by his wife, Susan M. (Travis) Bradley; sister, Tracy King; brother, Phillip Bradley; father, Paschal David Bradley; children, Jennifer Guthrie and spouse Avery, Kelin Bradley and partner Antonia Smith, Michelle Newbanks and spouse AJ, Kimberly Yates and spouse Jeffrey; grandchildren, Channing Guthrie, Christian Guthrie, Kailynn Bradley, Levi Guthrie, Kelin Bradley Jr, Aydan Carter, Kealey Carter, Emma Yates, Carson Yates, Lila Newbanks, Paisley Yates; nieces, Candis Wilkerson, Abigail Dunlap, and Shannon Bradley; nephew, Shaun Bradley; great-nieces, Devonny Wilkerson, Collin Dunlap, Hanna Bradley, and Kristen Bradley; great-nephews, Zach Bradley and Elijah Bradley.
The visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Friday, August 5, 2022, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel
