I played tennis repeatedly against David during our match ups between University School in Norman and Midwest City. He always beat the tar out of me! It was no contest. But he was alway the perfect gentleman. I am so sorry to read of his passing.

In 2018 I got the chance to go and check out the BROCKHAMPTON documentary in Houston, and both of Joba's parents were at the showing and they were soooooo nice to us fans, watching the movie with us loud rambunctious teens & twenty-somethings, even taking pictures with some fans as if they were the ones who were famous lol. All smiles from them. We were so grateful to be around them. I remember after the movie them telling us how they were going to be at the Houston stop of the "I'll Be There" tour that was coming up a few days later saying: "We'll see you guys at the concert". Such a nice memory. Thank you for being so kind the 2 times we crossed paths.
See you in heaven David, where you're definitively serving for the match. All the lucky ones that had the fortune to meet you, will miss your smile. Thanks for all the good times and friendship.

My sincere condolences to Carla and sons. I remember David as a fine man, very generous person. Always shared his knowledge and experience in the Oil industry. I will miss his friendship. Someone very trustfull and full of wise advises. Remember talking for hours about penny stocks, tennis, and lots of other issues. Such a kind person that for sure I will always remember and miss.
