Dear Aunt Sue,I am so sorrry to hear about Uncle David's passing away he sure was a wonderful and extremely joyful person to spend time with and I was pround to have him as my Uncle. It is a shame that we all lived so far apart and our times together were not very often but when I was with Uncle David I loved every moment of it.Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Steven and Michele.Love Robert and Judy
Mary Sue, so sorry to learn of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. Rex and Jane Barnes
Dear Sue and family, Our love and prayers are with you during this sad time. May God bless and keep you in his care.
I always loved David's wonderful Scottish brogue. He and Sue would come to visit Sue's parents next door to the house where I grew up. I so appreciate all the times, since those days, that David and Sue have continued to visit both my parents when they have been in Amarillo. Thank you, Sue and David; so glad that we will all meet again in heaven. Praying for the whold family. Andrea Burke
And on this day heaven received another wonderful fine Scot! I have so many fond memories of my Uncle Dave! His ability to make you smile and laugh until you were doubled over was priceless. I will always remember Uncle Dave taking my son, Chris fishing behind their house. Chris caught a yellow perch and Uncle Dave had him thinking he had caught the whale that swallowed Jonah. What a wonderful memory and today I cling to these. Even though I did not get to see the Swans as often as I would have liked to…what an awesome family and I am proud to be a part of it. Love each of you and I share the pain of your loss. Always remember though…Uncle Dave is in heaven with our Nana, Aunt Joan, Aunt Betty, Uncle Jess and sweet precious Michael! Love each of you! Linda
We got to know Dave this past summer at Rock Village Court in Missouri, seemed like an â??oldâ? friend and we hit it off quickly, such a joy to hear him speak!! Think weâ??ll always remember the way he advised us on our pet policy and the way he said â??NO DOGS!â? We were looking forward to fun times with Dave & Sue. We were so sad to hear the news but Glad for his faith and salvation. John & Pamela
