David Walton's Obituary
David Walton, 51, passed away on December 28th, 2014 at St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. He was born on July 10th, 1963 in Oklahoma City, OK to Dorman and Rudene Walton.David grew up in Ohio and Florida. He received Associate Degrees from Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City and Oklahoma State University in Oklmulgee, Oklahoma. He worked as manager of a large nursery in Florida.David married Kim Threet in 2002 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They were happily married for 12 years. He enjoyed playing in the dirt, coin collecting and stained glass. Most recently he began to dabble in ceramics.David is survived by his spouse Kim of Tulsa, OK; his parents; Dorman and Rudene Walton, his step-children; Jennifer (Rajeeve) Sathianthan and Michael Threet, his grandchildren; Mathias and Gavin Threet, Caleb, Mercy, Joshua, Lily, Phoebe and Micah Sathianathan.Visitation will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home, 6500 S 129th East Ave, Broken Arrow, OK, from 2 pm to 8 pm Tuesday, December 30th, 2014. The family will be greeting friends and relatives from 5 pm to 7 pm. A memorial service will be at Floral Haven Funeral Home, Wednesday December 31st, 2014 at 12:30 pm, luncheon to follow.Condolences may be left on David Walton’s online Floral Haven Funeral Home’s guest book.
