Dean Lavern Bradfield, 56, was born on October 27, 1960 in Wichita, Kansas and passed away on April 10, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a loving husband, father, and friend and will forever be remembered.Visitation will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home on Friday, 4/14, from 5 pm – 8 pm. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, 4/15 at the Floral Haven Chapel at 12:30 pm.
