Dean Austin Carlile's Obituary
Dean Austin Carlile, 76, was born in Mirabile, MO on May 18, 1933 to Clarence and Helen Carlile. He went home to be with the Lord Wednesday January 13, 2010. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and afterwards attended Central Missouri State College where he met his wife Carol Sue DeMoss. They were married 54 years. Dean was a trusted employee for three different oil companies. He started working for Skelly Oil Company in 1956, which later merged with Getty Oil, then Texaco. He retired from Texaco in 1990. Dean was also Co-Owner of Gospel Book and Music with his wife Carol. He will be greatly missed and thought of as one who never met a stranger; and one that always tried to do exactly what the Lord wanted him to do. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Asbury United Methodist Singing Ambassadors, and the Asbury Card Ministry. Service 2p.m. Monday January 18 in the Chapel at Asbury United Methodist Church in Tulsa.
