My heart is broken. Dee and I had met only 4 years ago. We hit it off immediately. Through the short years of friendship, we spent many times laughing, crying, venting and discussing our health issues. She never failed to listen. I will miss her so very much. But I thank God she is no longer in pain. Prayers for her mom, family and friends. Rest in peace sweet friend.

Mrs. Compton, I am so sorry for your loss. I went to high school with Dee Dee and am saddened to learn of her passing. Although I haven't seen her since graduation, I can still picture her grin. We once worked together on a service project refinishing a baby buggy for the pregnancy center. She always had a gentleness and a joyfulness about her.
