Deborah Benshoof's Obituary
Born 2.21.51 As Deborah Ann Sweet to A.L Sweet and June Sweet in Sapulpa, OK. Raised in Red Bud Valley and Graduated from Catoosa High School in 1969.
Debbie went to meet her lord and savior after a surprise cancer diagnosis which took her life very suddenly.
Debbie was a career oriented and successful businesswoman working in the computer consulting and temporary staffing industry. She worked for Systems and Programing Resources, “SPR” out of Chicago.
She was a territory Sales Manager from 1979 – 1987 selling to major employers in Oklahoma and Northern Texas. After being introduced to her future Husband and competitor by each of their largest customer, whilst competing against one another for three years, she left SPR in 1987 to work with Multiple Technologies Midwestern Corporation, Better known as MTM, where she teamed up with her former competitor, and who is now her husband, to build a successful computer consulting and temporary staffing business generating $5 – $7 million-dollar in annual revenue. She retired from MTM corporation in 1990 to focus on her kids, Her Home, and everyone in her extended family.
Debbie was proceeded in death by her mother, June Gordon of Tulsa. Debbie is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, Douglas Norman Benshoof, her children, Veronica Burton Foster, and her husband Nathan Foster, Ben Conley and his wife, Kimberly, Devin Douglas Benshoof, deceased. Debbie had many grandchildren, Victoria Foster, Sean Kester, Kirsten Dean, Collen Dean, and bonus grandchildren Ryan Mabe, and Jake Mabe.
Additionally, Debbie is survived by her sister, Rhonda Hall, Tiffany Dixon, Jerry Dixon, Charles Boellstorff, and John Boellstorff, Jillian Dixon, and Zach Dixon.
Debbie is also survived by her Uncle Mike Bowen and his wife Paulette Bowen. Shannon Bowen, Molly Bowen; Maddie Bowen; Sean Bowen, Dana Bowen, and Finley Bowen.
Lastly, Debbie is survived by her beloved boxer, Buddy Boy Benshoof.
Debbie was a people person with a heart bigger than the state of Texas! She was and always will be the most caring and giving person, and she befriended a lot of people over the course of her lifetime.
Debbie, Mom, Aunt Debbie, Grandma Debbie; will be always and forever missed!
Services for and Arrangements will be handled by Floral Haven Funeral Home, in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Visitation is set for Tuesday 3/7/23, from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday 3/8/23 with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family graciously asks that you consider donating in Debbie’s name to the American Cancer Society.
