Deborah "Debbie" Marie Hatchett's Obituary
Deborah Marie Hatchett, born on September 24, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on August 30, 2024, leaving a legacy of love, compassion, and cherished memories. She was the daughter of Ronald Leslie and Charlotte Sue (Golden) Huse.
Debbie dedicated her career to the transportation industry, working as a recruiter for a trucking company. Beyond her professional life, she found joy in simple pleasures: tending to her garden, admiring her flowers, and exploring new destinations. The casino held a special place in her heart, and she reveled in the excitement of holidays, especially Halloween, where she delighted in dressing up.
The family was at the core of Debbie’s life. Her big heart overflowed with kindness, and she was always there for others, willing to give her last dollar to those in need. Her love extended to her pet, and she cherished her role as a grandmother. Whether it was a short drive or a longer journey, Debbie never hesitated to be present for her beloved grandbabies during significant events.
Active and engaged, Debbie participated wholeheartedly in everything she did. Her unwavering faith and belief in the power of prayer sustained her through life’s challenges. She was the life of the party, infusing gatherings with laughter and warmth.
Debbie is survived by her devoted husband, Randy Hatchett, and her daughters: Elizabeth “Liz” and Stevan Stapleton, and Amy and Boone Boyer. She also leaves behind her cherished daughters-in-love: Randi and Darius Rogers and Rebecca and Victor Wixom. Her parents, Ronald and Charlotte Huse, and her in-laws, Edna and Jerry Hatchett, mourn her passing.
Her legacy lives on through her beloved grandchildren: Madison (and her husband Hayden), Cash, Gage, Brooke, Brighten, Isaiah, Braylen, Cale, Malachi, Noah, Chloe, and Trystin. Deborah’s siblings, Michelle Huse and Steven Huse, along with numerous nieces and nephews, also share in the grief of her loss.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 5th, at Floral Haven Funeral Home. The funeral service, celebrating Debbie’s remarkable life, will occur at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 6th, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
May Debbie’s memory continue to inspire love, compassion, and joy in the hearts of those who knew her.
