Deloris Ann Turner's Obituary
Deloris “Dee” Turner was born to the union of Alonzo and Irene Bilby on February 3rd, 1951, Tulsa, Oklahoma. She received her wings on May 30th, 2024, in her own home surrounded by family.
While growing up in Tulsa, she attended East Central. Deloris later became a lead cook and manager of many restaurants, created her own cleaning company, and was a lunch lady. After retiring her focus was on her grandchildren.
Deloris loved to cook, feed, clothe, and shelter many. She loved to dance. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She always put others before herself and always wanted to make sure everyone was fed and cared for.
She is preceded in death by her husband Larry Turner, her daughter Monica Marie Foster, parents Alonzo and Irene Bilby, and three sisters Geraldine Cook, Marva Davis, and Wanda Maupin.
Deloris is survived by two daughters Monica and Shekala and one son Richard Foster, Brother John Bilby, 7 grandchildren (Josh, Kandice, Shekala, Daniel, Troy, Colin, and Kaleb), and 13 Great-Grandchildren (James, Lindsey, Sammy, Macen (Shekala), Abraham (Josh), Gabe, Morgan, Abigail (Kandice), Braxton, Bentley (Colin), Addilynn (Troy), Hudson, Timothy (Daniel))
Visitation will be held 4:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM, Thursday, June 06, 2024, at Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, June 07, 2024, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
