Dennis Holloway Boggs, Jr., 59, died peacefully with his mom and dad by his side, after an extended battle with cancer, on Sunday, October 23, 2016, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Burial to follow in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. He was born on April 9, 1957, in Harriman, Tennessee, the son of Dennis and Joy Boggs, Sr. Dennis is survived by his parents, daughter, Christina Jensen, and her husband, Rob, of Las Vegas, Nevada, four grandchildren, Tiffany, Donovan, Bobby, and Evan Jensen, son, Andrew Boggs, California, brothers, David Boggs, of Solvang, California, Dwayne Boggs, and his wife, Lisa, of Ramona, Oklahoma, nephew, Cody Boggs, and his wife, Vickie, and their children, Ethan and Elise, of Colorado, niece, Stefanie Stoops, and her husband, Zakk, and their children, Weston and Sebastion, of Collinsville, Oklahoma, grandmother, Virginia Pomfret, uncle, Bob Pomfret, and his wife, Janis, all of Lenoir City, Tennessee, aunts, Connie Hill, and her husband, Lee, of Maumee, Ohio, Renea Pomfret, of Marble Hill, Georgia, and other extended family members, and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peny, grandparents; Harold Pomfret, and Chalmer and Lorena Boggs, and uncles, Dan and Bill Pomfret. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
