Dedi met Jesse when she was 21 years old and spent over 42 years together. Before they were married, they went fishing (Jesse fishing, Dedi sun bathing on the back of the boat or on an air mattress), travelling to many lakes and enjoying each other. Jesse loved to take her to the fair because she had never played the games as a child. The first fair he took her to he insisted she throw a dime on a game and won a teddy bear as tall as she was, and Jesse won her a whole bed full of animals. Dedi worked for Shelley Oil Co. and they had asked her to model their possible new uniforms. She did and was featured in the company magazine. At the age of 43 years, she joined Mary Cosmetics, winning her car first after only 9 months and becoming a sales director 4 months later. She remained a Sales Director for 12 years and won 6 cars during this time. Dedi and Jesse enjoyed spending time with their family, camping, fishing, taking the kids to Six Flags, The World’s Fair, caves in Arkansas and Missouri and so much more. They moved to the country and bought horses, 4 wheelers, go carts for everyone and they rode horses, went camping and fishing, enjoying their family. It is her desire to again tell her beloved husband of the love and special memories they had together and tell him thank you my Jesse, I love you, forever and a day, she wanted no one to cry, but remember her, the fun times she had with them and a smile on her face.Visitation will be, Thursday, May 19th, 2016 – 02:00 PM to 08:00 PM – Floral Haven Funeral HomeFuneral Service will be, Friday, May 20th, 2016 – 03:00 PM – Floral Haven Funeral Home ChapelCommittal Services – Friday, May 20th, 2016 – Floral Haven Memorial Gardens
