Don Carlisle's Obituary
Don Carlisle of Broken Arrow passed away the evening of March 31st, 2017 at the young age of 56. Don was born in Evansville, Indiana on April 29th, 1960. He shared his life with his loving wife Teresa, son Don Carlisle II of Broken Arrow, daughter Ashley Turner, her husband Tyrone , and their child- AKA Pa-Pa’s girl- Sloane of Broken Arrow, Sister Teri Lukeman and her husband Russ of Evansville, Indiana, Brother David Carlisle and his wife Lori of Evansville, Indiana, and the fur babies: Willy, Max, and Daisy.Don was preceded in death by his parents, Delores and Wallace (Mac) Carlisle.Don was employed at AT&T for 29 years and worked as a Network Technical Specialist in Tulsa.Don had a love and an interest for living life to the fullest. Every day was a new adventure and his curiosity of learning about life would take him on new roads. He loved spending his time at their lake house at Grand Lake, boating, tinkering out in the garage with endless projects and tools, playing his musical instruments (guitars, piano, and drums), seeing the world with his wife, Teresa, and spending time with his children and grandchild.We will love you forever and always! You left an imprint in our hearts and will be greatly missed.A memorial service celebrating Don’s life will be held at Floral Haven in the Rose Chapel. The service will be on Friday, April 7th at 2 p.m.
