Don, what a neat guy!! I first met Don and his wife through Chamber Resource Campaign work many years ago and he has been a dear friend since then. What a great community oriented man (but he would not let you forget that he was a banker looking for business! ) And, I respect that as wellDon will be remembered for his long career and his big smile and his ability to remember faces and names, as he knew so many!I believe that I am a better person for having known Don Bixler! I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Don. He was a co-worker of mine and a "wonderful" man. Always had a kind word to say about everyone and a smile and a twinkle in his eye. I will miss him.

Dearest Cleta – Please accept my heartfelt prayers for you and your family at this sad time. May God hold you close to His Heart and give you strength in the days to come and always.Don was a grand gentleman! With a sense of humor unmatched by anyone! But most of all, I will always remember Don for the unique ability to make me feel that he was interested in what I thought – that he was never in a hurry to get someplace else.
