He is survived by his wife Barbara J. Blackburn; children Scott, and wife Angela, Blackburn; Shala Blackburn; Charles, and wife Gina, Foster; 8 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends that will forever miss him.
He is reunited with his parents, Harold, and Mildred Blackburn; and his brother Harold Lee Blackburn, Jr.
The family is doing a private service to honor Donald's memory.
