Donald Lee Brannon's Obituary
Donald Lee Brannon passed into eternal life on June 5, 2005 after celebrating his 50th wedding anniversary on an Alaskan cruise that fulfilled his lifelong dream. He was a proud Army veteran from the Korean War and retired from the Corp of Engineers. Papa was an incredibly loving husband, father, and grandfather, who loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, feeding and watching the birds, tending to his beautiful garden, and occasionally squaring off with a squirrel. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his loving family and friends. In this time of sadness, our hearts are comforted knowing that Papa has rejoiced with all of his fishing buddies up in Heaven and will forever be smiling down on us.Survived By: his wife, Virginia Brannon; his sons and daughters-in-law, Harold and Betty Brannon, and Randy and Sandy Brannon; his grandchildren, Bradley, Audrey, Lindsey and Amber Brannon; his aunt Josephine Bell and numerous relatives and friends.
