Donald Vonley Cravens, 84 years passed from this life on December 14, 2015. He was born to Ezra Vonley and Sarah Lucinda Cravens on March 10, 1931 in Howe, Texas.He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Mickey Cravens of the home, Broken Arrow; daughter, Linda Cravens of Tulsa; brother, James and wife Josie Cravens of Shawnee, OK; sister, Dorothy Campbell of Sand Springs, OK.Preceded in death by son, Terry Cravens; parents, Ezra Vonley & Sarah Cravens; sister, Delores White Wilhoite; brothers, Allen Cravens, Alvin Cravens, Kenneth Cravens, Edward Cravens, Lawrence Cravens, and Paul Cravens.Don joined the Army National Guard, the 45th Infantry Mobilizing he and his brother Kenneth left for Korea. Don received a Bronze Star. After the service he moved to Tulsa working for Western Electric/ Southwestern Bell retiring in 1987.Don enjoyed playing golf and made his last hole in one at age 79. He enjoyed entertaining their friends in the community.Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with wife, Mickey will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and daughter, Linda will be receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, December 16th, Floral Haven Funeral Home.Funeral service 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 17th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with committal service to follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
