This has been the longest 2 weeks EVER! Did time drag like this with my dad? (I don’t remember) I don’t think it did. (Maybe shock?) I was blessed to marry into a family who looks at me, as one of their own. And I was doubly blessed to have 2 dads that were exceptional fathers/in laws, husbands and grandpas. Miss you beyond words but am thankful you are no longer suffering. Thank you for letting me be your daughter. 😔💔

We have Don’s scrimshaw everywhere. Patti and I lived on a sailboat for 8 years and Don did several scrimshaws of boats for us - including Cegonha (our beloved sailboat). Don and Betty were first to visit us on our boat (Key West). Great trip for us and them. We have his scrimshaw art of Cegonha on our wall, two on tooth necklaces, a plaque, and on a knife. Great work. Just one of his many talents.
