Ronald Witmer
A great neighbor. We lived across the street from Donald for over 30 years. He always was quick with a friendly hello. He and his wife Patrica loved to drive around in his convertible. He had a great sense of humor. Once he told me when he was buying a TV from my business that he bought his convertible on impulse after he had gone out to lunch and now did the same with the TV he had just bought from my company. He said he better quit going out to lunch because it was getting too expensive. Said he would aften end up buying something afterwards. When he first moved in the neighborhood he gave me a cat toy. Said that making those toys were a part of his business. Anybody that loves cats is a friend of mine. Our driveway is on a steep hill that lines up with his kitchen window. One time after a big snow storm he said he was waiting to remodel his kitchen because he just knew that someday my truck would crash into his kitchen and that could help with the remodel. Hard to find good neighbors now days. He will be missed.
