Don Roselle's Obituary
Donald C. Roselle was born on July, 17th, 1943 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, the only child of Clifford and Florence Roselle. His father was an Army officer and the family moved to Panama when Don was 6 years old. After returning stateside for several years they got stationed in Germany in 1961. There he met the love of his life, Anneliese, and after getting married they made their first home in Avenel, New Jersey. Don spent many years working for General Dynamics in NJ before moving to Bixby, OK in 1977. They relocated to Jenks in 2000 and he retired from Polyvision Corp. in 2009. Don will forever be remembered for his sense of humor as well as adopting his wife's home country - his love for German food and music was second to none. In his spare time he enjoyed a round of golf, woodworking and playing his guitar. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Anne, his brother-in-law Manfred and his wife Sieglinde, his brother-in-law Werner and his wife Gretel as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and even a couple of great-grandnieces he unfortunately didn't get the chance to meet. Don had been struggling with various health issues for the past 10 years and we are grateful for how long and hard he fought. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 20th from 4pm to 7pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home, 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow. The Funeral Service is scheduled for Friday, April 21st at 2pm inside the Rose Chapel with an after service gathering immediately following at the Floral Haven Family Center.
