Donald Schnell's Obituary
Donald Farris Schnell, 61, of Oologah, Oklahoma passed away on January 28, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He lived his life loving his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with children and grandchildren. He grew up and worked in the well drilling business, which he loved. He told many that “water was the gift of life.” He drilled water wells as well as oil and gas wells. This led him to Oklahoma where he met the love of his life, Cindy. They were married for 39 years. He was loved my many and loved to talk and share his life experiences. Survived by his wife, Cindy Schnell, and four children, Sherri Halbrook, Pamela Schnell, Donnie Schnell Jr., and Tabatha Barrett. His grandchildren were his joy, including Madison, Lauren, Emily, Cambrie, Savannah and Brooks. Also, survived by his brothers, Bill Schnell, David Schnell, Stevie Schnell and Tommy Schnell. Sisters Karen Korte and Sara Schnell Farris. Also, numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed but remembered as a wonderful husband, dad and papa. He would do anything for his family.

A celebration of life service will be held on February 3, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Floral Haven. A gathering for family and friends will be directly following the service.
