Doris Vanscoy "Mimi" was kind, loving, patient, compassionate, soft-spoken and generous. She spent her life taking care of her family. Each of us is a better person because of the love she bestowed so freely on us. She was a great cook who enjoyed feeding her family and anyone extra who might be there at mealtime. She loved fishing and camping. But, most of all, she loved her family and showed it every day in a million different ways. Her legacy lives on in each of us.
