Dorothy Jean Ouellette's Obituary
Dorothy Jean Ouellette, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend; born Tuesday, August 31, 1948 in Leslie County, Kentucky to her loving parents, Tole & Oda (Sizemore) Roberts; went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 13, 2016 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with her loving family by her side. A longtime resident of the Tulsa area, Dorothy enjoyed many things especially attending car shows and putting her Chevrolet SS Camaro Transformer Edition on display. She was a member of the Oklahoma Camaros Club, G8 Club, and El Camino Club and participated in the Beat the Heat Police Racing Team. What Dorothy was truly passionate about was memories and moments that she shared with her family, her friends, grandchildren and her pets that she loved so dearly. Fond memories will always be cherished of Dorothy; especially of her love for animals and the Tuesday Night Driving with her friends, family and the love of her life. She will be deeply missed by all those who had their lives touched by her. Dorothy is preceded in death by her loving parents, Tole & Oda (Sizemore) Roberts; her dear brother and sisters, Mary Adeline Roberts Fisher, Alvie Patricia Roberts Holland, Audrey Roberts Barger, Daisy Roberts Hendrickson and Billy Roberts. Dorothy is survived by her beloved husband of thirty-six years, Brian Ouellette; her loving daughter, Laurel A. Ouellette and her children, Brian Jackson Ouellette and Payton Grace Thomas; her loving son, Tole R. Lay & wife Teresa and their children, Ashley Martin, James Lay, Alyssa Spagnoli and Kelton Spagnoli; her dear brothers & sister, Charlie Roberts, Malvery Roberts Powell, Isabelle Roberts Begley, Eddy Roberts and John Roberts; her faithful and loving pets, Rebel the dog, Chewy the dog, Thunder the dog, Presley the dog and Mocha the cat and numerous other loving family members and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 10:00AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 400 N Aspen Avenue; Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012. A graveside service will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at 11:30AM. Services have been entrusted to Floral Haven Funeral Home, Floral Shop, Crematory & Memorial Gardens, 6500 S 129th E Avenue; Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012.
