I am so sorry to recently learn of Drew's passing. I worked with him at Kaiser-Francis for 10 years. He was always up beat and did his job very well, a great engineer. My condolences to his family. I am sure you miss him greatly. Sue Taylor

I'm saddened by the news of Drew's passing. I am one of the fortunate, many, who knew him. He was one of the most sincere and caring people I ever met. When my daughter, Lori, played ball for him, I was always impressed by the number of people who knew him and spoke so highly of him. I don't think I ever saw the man without his smile, even when the going was tough on the field, he had a smile. A true inspiration for his "girls" in sportsmanship and playing as a team. Working beside Drew each day was full of surprises. Hearing his laugh made everyone else laugh. He was a great friend, teacher, engineer and employee. Most of all, he was a passionate and caring human being who truly loved and put family and friends first. His spirit and inspiration will be missed. Thank you, Drew, for being such a bright spot in our lives. I had the honor of playing softball with Drew. I can remember my mom dragging me to my first practice with him at the age of 5. I hid in the backseat crying and yelling that I didn't want to play. I can remember Drew coming over to the car and coaxing me to come and give it a try. His sweet nature, bubbly personality and his passion for the game was all I needed…..I was hooked and played with the beloved Bandits till the age of 16. I can still hear Drew, in his happy-go-lucky voice yelling, "Hey LC!" Drew's infectious laugh and enormous heart will be what I remember most. The Tyler's were a big part of my childhood from countless hours of softball practice, swim parties, road trips and sleepovers; all of which are memories that I will cherish forever.
