Dustin Jacob Hartwick's Obituary
Dustin Jacob Hartwick, 44, of Broken Arrow, passed away December 1, 2022 at Hillcrest Medical Center with his mother by his side.
Dustin' "Dusty" was born October 17, 1978, in Tulsa to Chris and Brenda Hartwick. He was employed as a customer service rep for AT&T/Direct TV. In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, float trips, trying out new restaurants and spending time with friends.
Dustin was proceeded in death by his dad, Chris Elton Hartwick, grandparents, Paul Vernon and Melva Jean Hall, Pat Walton and Dallas Hartwick.
He is survived by his mother, Brenda Hartwick, who he lived with, brother Casey Hartwick and wife Abby, sister April Hartwick, nephews Caden Hartwick, Holden Hartwick and Hayes Hartwick; one niece Izabelle Smith, uncles Keith Hall and wife Gayle, Bruce hall and wife Jamie, numerous cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life service to be held Monday, December 5, 2022, 10:00 am, Floral haven Chapel. Interment following service, Floral Haven Cemetery.
