E. Wayne Sommers' Obituary
E. Wayne Sommers, 78, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away June 26, 2020. Wayne was born November 7, 1941 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Elton and Ruby Sommers. He was a hardworking and devoted, husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Wayne was preceded in passing by his parents, Elton S. and Ruby J. Sommers and his father and mother in-law, Hugh and Bertie Kimes.
Wayne is survived by his beloved wife, Jeanie Sommers; his son, Douglas Wayne Sommers and his wife, Cynde; son, Sam Allen Sommers; his grandchildren, Christin Roy, Jessica Sommers-Record, Austin Sommers, Alison Sommers and Ben Sommers; his great-grandchildren, Brylee Record and Taylor Record and numerous other family members and friends.
The family would like to request that anyone who attends the service or visitation for Wayne, please wear a face mask.
Visitation will be 4-6 pm, Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel
