Eddie Ray Addington, 80, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away February 8, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Eddie was born May 25, 1939 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Barney and Gladys Addington. Eddie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Eddie was preceded in passing by his parents, Barney Lee Addington and Gladys Addington (Molder); his first wife, Norma Addington and his brother, Don Addington. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Addington (Smith); children, Sherri McCarty and Donna McCarty and her husband, Larry, step-children, Ethan Lindsey and his wife, Una, Kathrine Christian and her husband, Matt and Edward Lindsey and his wife Tara; his grandchildren, Christie Martin, Larry McCarty and his wife, Michelle, Ronnie McCarty and his wife, Jessica, Rusty McCarty and Karli Stirens; six step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Alaina, Austin, Drew, Keylee, Jayce, Tyler, Bella, Abigail and Gracie; his brother's, Robert Addington and Richard Addington; sister's, Gail Wright and her husband, Richard, Tina Richards and her husband, Bill and Shirley Ritchey and her husband, Bill and numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm, Friday, February 14, 2020 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Tulsa.
