She was born to Mr. Lehman H. Stidham and Mrs. Gladys Lucille (Morgan) Stidham on Wednesday, September 24, 1930, in Redoak, Oklahoma.
Edith worked in the clothing industry.
Edith is survived by her son Richard Powel and his wife of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two grand daughters; Laura Powell and Carman Powell and here husband Jermy Opala all of Michiga, and multiple great-grandchildren.
