Edna Mae Zakharian, age 87 years old, passed from this life, February 21, 2016. Edna was born October 16, 1928, to Lee and Bertha (Rust) Edmunds, in Hornersville, Missouri. She is survived by her children: Charlotte Jones and husband, Jeffrey, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Annette Zakharian, Russellville, Arkansas, Arthur Lee Zakharian, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Rosanna Zakharian, Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Ethan Jacob Jones and Andrew Christopher Jones; both of Tulsa, Oklahoma; nephew: Charles Lee Vaughan, Tulsa, Oklahoma; and niece: Judith Ann Woodward, of Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Arthur Zakharian; and sister: Frances Melba Vaughan. Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Visitation Room, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Celebration of life service will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at the Asbury United Methodist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Edna’s name and honor to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Association.
