Edytha Bernice Potter's Obituary
Edytha Bernice Potter, 79, resident of Sand Springs, Oklahoma passed away on November 10, 2022. She was born on November 15, 1942, in Elmira, New York. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Edytha was preceded in passing by her father, Frank F. Carl Sr; her mother, Hazel Ida Carl (Sprague); her husband, Phillip Potter; her daughter, April Campbell, son ‘n law, Reverend Mark Fitzgerald; three grandchildren, four great grandchildren; her siblings, Frank F. Carl Jr., Florence Montanye, and Patricia Clark.
Edytha is survived by her daughter, Linda McDaniel; daughter, Reverend Nancy Fitzgerald; son in law, Reverend Kevin Campbell; her grandchildren, Reverend Mitchel Fitzgerald and his wife, Esther, Reverend Angela Medina and her husband, Reverend Elias, Lydia Clopton, Esther Watkins and her husband, Peter, Ruth McPheters and her husband, Andrew, and Hannah McDaniel; her great grandchildren, Malachi Fitzgerald, Ezekiel Medina Fitzgerald, Micah Medina Fitzgerald, Nova Clopton, Vega Clopton, Zion Clopton, Quasar Clopton, Luna Clopton, Kyrie Wecker, Elliana Watkins, Kade Watkins, Karston McPheters, Koen McPheters, and Korban McPheters; her brother, Sgt. William Lee Carl, and multiple nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
Visitation will be 3:30 - 5:30 pm, Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Home-Going Celebration will be 10:00 am, Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
