Ella Jean Bewley's Obituary
Ella Jean Bewley went home to be with The Lord on December 20, 2013 at 12:35 PM. Jean was born on April 13, 1925 to W.O. and Lura Jane McGee. She was employed by Community State Bank for more than 25 where she served as an officer. After retiring from the Bank, Jean continued to work in the family business, Bewley Sweeper Service for several years. Her last few years were spent caring for her home and family, and serving The Lord at Faith Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Jean was preceded in death by her husband Chester J. (Chet) Bewley, her daughter-in-law Judy Bewley, her parents and a brother and sister. Jean is survived by her son Chester J. (Jim) Bewley Jr., her sister Martha Johnson, granddaughter Terri and her husband Steve Phillips, grandson Tim and wife Katie Bewley, grandson Greg and wife Becky Bewley, nine great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. Services will be held at Faith Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 1:00 on Monday, December 23, 2013.
