They recently celebrated their 66th anniversary this past October. Ray & Elouise had 3 children, John Joseph, Cynthia Leigh & Paula Sue. She kept in touch with many of her coworkers for several years following her retirement. Elouise enjoyed every day of life to the fullest. She found joy in taking care of her husband, children, grand-children, or as she would fondly say, “grandbabies”, great grandbabies and great, great grandbabies. She of course made sure she had plenty food for anyone who stopped by. Spending time with her family always made her so happy. Elouise was an avid sports fan always cheering on both OU and OSU. She also was a big fan of drag racing, drag boat racing, horse racing and actually any type racing. Ray & Elouise loved going camping with their 3 kids and family during the summertime even though it took 4 hours to get their when they lived in California. Elouise was known for her competitive nature but most of all for her love of life! She loved to laugh, try new things, play games, scare family members and host family gatherings. Elouise and Ray would sit on their front porch in their rocking chair on cool summer evenings and visit with their neighbors Wiley & Mark. Elouise was a beautiful soul that will be missed dearly every day of our lives!
