Elvert "Junior" Tottress II's Obituary
On September 10, 1988 ,God ,presented a precious gift of life to Elvert Golbey Tottress, Sr. and Erlinda Tottress in San Diego, CA. They chose to name him Elvert Golbey Tottress II. He spent part of his elementary years in San Diego attending the Valencia Park Elememtary School.

He located to Tulsa OK with his parents in 1995. Elvert continued his elementary education at Sam Houston Elementary, Thomas Gilcrease Middle School and graduated from Raymond S. McLain High School.
In his formative years, Elvert accepted Jesus Christ and united with the North Peoria Church of Christ, under the leadership of Dr. Warren G. Blakney, Sr.

After graduation Elvert worked various job and later was employed by the I.C. Bus Plant, where he worked as a Group Lead.
Elvert enjoyed life and loved spending time with family and friends. Hobbies included fishing, hunting, testing his shooting skills at the shooting range and spending time on the lakes, where many memories were made.

After 32 dutiful years with us, Elvert transitioned on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at his home in Tulsa, OK
He was preceeded in death by his father, Elvert Tottress, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory: His mother, Erlinda Tottress, Tulsa, OK., two sons, Elvert Tottress, III, Jodey Tottress, Tulsa, OK., four brothers, Phillip Tottress, Andre Rowland, Tulsa, OK,. Merlin Herrera, Beliz, Elvert Leon Tottress, San Diego, CA, four sisters, Tia Tottress, Tulsa, OK, Brenda Nadine Jackson, San Diego, CA, Shirley Tottress Carroll, & Darlene, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mourning his death also is a very special friend Jeanett Carson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 2 from 4 pm - 6 pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Services will take place at 3 pm on Friday, September 3 at the Floral Haven Chapel.
